ref-manual: 13 new variables added to the glossary.
Added descriptions for the following variables:
EXTRA_AUTORECONF
KERNEL_IMAGE_MAXSIZE
UPDATERCPN
AUTO_LIBNAME_PKGS
DEBIANNAME
DEBIAN_NOAUTONAME
TCLIBCAPPEND
PACKAGEGROUP_DISABLE_COMPLEMENTARY
CLEANBROKEN
DISTRO_CODENAME
BASE_WORKDIR
DISTRO_FEATURES_DEFAULT
DISTRO_FEATURES_LIBC
Part of adding new variables is checking to see if a previously
undocumented variable is used elsewhere in the manual. One
occurrence was spotted and turned into a link for this list.
