documentation: poky-ref-manual - Backfill variables updated.

Updated the MACHINE_FEATURES_BACKFILL,
MACHINE_FEATURES_BACKFILL_CONSIDERED,
DISTRO_FEATURES_BACKFILL, and
DISTRO_FEATURES_BACKFILL_CONSIDERED variables to have
more comprehensive information.
