documentation/poky-ref-manual/extendpoky.xml: Multilib section added
I created a section on how to prepare for and use the multilib feature. The information is leveraged off the "Multilib" wiki page at http://wiki.yoctoproject.org/wiki/Multilib. This is the first draft of the changes. I expect corrections.
