documentation: poky-ref-manual - Added and updated variables.
Fixes [YOCTO_#3262] * Added correct information to the STAMP variable glossary entry. * Created a new variable glossary item for the MULTIMACH_TARGET_SYS variable. * Created a new variable glossary item for the EXTENDPE variable.
