Documentation: poky-ref-manual - Updated STAMPS directory information

The STAMPS directory is now structured as
build/tmp/stamps/$MULTIMACH_TARGET_SYS/<extended_PN>/$PV.
There were three areas in the manual that needed adjusting
to reflect this change.
