bitbake: utils.py: Allow explode_dep_versions comparisons to have arbitrary whitespace
Refactor the explode_dep_versions to be more lenient on whitespace values.
The required format is:
foo (= 1.10)
foo (=1.10)
foo ( = 1.10)
foo ( =1.10)
foo ( = 1.10 )
foo ( =1.10 )
