bitbake: doc: bitbake-user-manual: code insertion simplification over two lines
This simplifies paragraphs ending with a colon and followed
by code insertion.
Automatically substituted through the command:
sed -i -z "s/:\n\s*::/::/g" file.rst
This generates identical HTML output.
