bitbake: xmlrpc: add parameter use_builtin_types

Added use_builtin_types parameter to XMLRPCProxyServer.__init__
to fix this error:
    ERROR: Could not connect to server 0.0.0.0:37132
    : __init__() got an unexpected keyword argument 'use_builtin_types'
