bitbake: bitbake-user-manual: Updated BBLAYERS_FETCH_DIR variable description
Just discovered a minor issue in the bitbake manual - under the variable glossary entry for BBLAYERS_FETCH_DIR we say there's a default value of ${COREBASE} but that's not actually true in bitbake itself - there's no default in bitbake, that default is set in OE-Core. We can keep this in the YP ref manual but in the bitbake manual that sentence should be removed.
