run-postinsts: use BPN instead of PN

Fix the following warning:
WARNING: QA Issue: lib32-run-postinsts: Files/directories were installed but not shipped
  /usr/share/lib32-run-postinsts
  /usr/share/lib32-run-postinsts/run-postinsts.awk

[YOCTO #3438]
