bitbake: bitbake-user-manual: Changed BB_SETSCENE_VERIFY_FUNCTION name

The BB_SETSCENE_VERIFY_FUNCTION variable has effectively changed
to BB_SETSCENE_VERIFY_FUNCTION2.  I changed the three areas in the
book.  Basically a name change.
