documentation/dev-manual/dev-manual-kernel-appendix.xml: Added note
The example that changes the kernel configuration by enabling multiple processor support failed. The reason is because of bug 2256. This bug was discovered during Release 1.2. Apparently it also affects 1.1.2. I have added the Note explaining the bug.
