ref-manual: Added cross-reference phrase to some variables
Fixes [YOCTO #8233] The IMAGE_POSTPROCESS_COMMAND and IMAGE_PREPROCESS_COMMAND variables were missing a linked cross-reference to the IMAGE_ROOTFS variable. I added the linked references.
