documentation/dev-manual/dev-manual-model.xml: Added BitBake
Throughout the documentation set I have refered to the YP build system generically in order to avoid use of the "Poky" term. Richard has suggested that we refer to the actual thing that does the building. So I have added BitBake to this particular sentence to refer to the tool.
