This is because when using fortify warnings we need to have
some level of optimization, while we append warnings to CC
we dont do the same for optimization, which results in compile
failures when doing build with hardened flags

This patch adds the cross package for the crash recipe. I've built and
tested crash-cross for ARM on x86_64 host only.
The way to pass GDB_CONF_FLAGS and --target to GDB build without
removing -m32 from CFLAGS is awkward but that is what I could come up
with, without changing the patch files included with the recipe or
breaking target and native builds. Anyone got any ideas on how to
better do this?
Thanks,
Goran

Upgrade crash from 7.1.2 to 7.1.3.
Add gdb source tarball and don't fetch and extract it during do_compile.
And do some format tweaks.
Exclude mips64 from COMPATIBLE_HOST which is not supported. And update
ARCH setting for arm64, ppc64 and mips32.
Add patch to enable parallel make for gdb. And don't write crash.target
which causes rebuild fails.
Backport patches to fix compile failures.

libelf (elfutils) is required for resolving symbols in DSO and for sdt (taken
from ktap docs). The earlier v0.4 recipe built ktap against libelf if it was
found, thus enable it per default.
FFI needs to be enabled for both userspace and kernel module. Currently, it is
only supported for x86_64 (enforced when building ktap-module).

* This change is only aesthetic (unlike indentation in Python
tasks).
* Some recipes were using tabs.
* Some were using 8 spaces.
* Some were using mix or different number of spaces.
* Make them consistently use 4 spaces everywhere.
* Yocto styleguide advises to use tabs (but the only reason to keep
tabs is the need to update a lot of recipes). Lately this advice
was also merged into the styleguide on the OE wiki.
* Using 4 spaces in both types of tasks is better because it's less
error prone when someone is not sure if e.g.
do_generate_toolchain_file() is Python or shell task and also allows
to highlight every tab used in .bb, .inc, .bbappend, .bbclass as
potentially bad (shouldn't be used for indenting of multiline
variable assignments and cannot be used for Python tasks).
* Don't indent closing quote on multiline variables
we're quite inconsistent wheater it's first character on line
under opening quote or under first non-whitespace character in
previous line.
