1.Mv is used in the original code, which may cause "mv: cannot stat 'conf/': No such file or directory".
So we use cp instead of it.

Fix QA warning:
WARNING: QA Issue: logwatch: /logwatch/usr/share/logwatch/scripts/services/resolver is owned by uid 1000,
which is the same as the user running bitbake. This may be due to host contamination [host-user-contaminated]

The "ln -sf ../..${datadir}/logwatch/scripts/logwatch.pl ${D}${sysconfdir}/cron.daily/0logwatch" is wrong.
it will lead to the logwatch unable to be used. so delete it.
