openbox: fix runtime error for missing python and pyXDG

Openbox-Message: Cannot set locale modifiers for the X server.
/usr/bin/env: 'python': No such file or directory

/usr/libexec/openbox-xdg-autostart needs python, add rdepends

Also missing rdepends on pyXDG
