inetlib: cleanup and fix RSS regression

- Add SUMMARY and expand DESCRIPTION
- Move SRC_URI checksums to recommended location in recipe
- Drop PR, no longer required
- Add virtual/javac-native and classpath-initial-native
  to DEPENDS for RSS
