sugarbay: linux-yocto-dev recipe extension
Provide the sugarbay BSP specific extension for the linux-yocto-dev
recipe from the oecore layer. This configures the right git branches of
the kernel repository for the sugarbay BSP.
This commit is addressing this bug:
