MACHINEOVERRIDES: Use INTEL_COMMON_PACKAGE_ARCH
Create the intel common override for use in currently machine-specific
recipes which need to make overrides for all the compatible machines,
such as COMPATIBLE_MACHINES in the linux-yocto* recipes.
