emgd-driver-bin: add pkgconfig files
Add pkgconfig files needed by other projects (for example newer libva
packages look for egl.pc file).
Pkgconfig files added by this patch:
* egl.pc
* gl.pc
* gles_cm.pc
* glesv2.pc
