linux-yocto-tiny*: Temporarily add ext4 support
We currently get a panic when trying to boot a tiny intel-quark image.
Adding ext4 support fixes the issue, but it may be possible to fix it
correctly via changes to images creation, so I consider this a
temporary workaround to be reverted later.
