meta-isg: zlib-qat: fix for GNU_HASH QA error
Fix for:
ERROR: QA Issue: No GNU_HASH in the elf binary
by adding LDFLAGS to TARGET_CC_ARCH.
To be sure that the LDFLAGS variable is being passed to the linker command.
