meta-mohonpeak: provide machine configuration for mohonpeak
Create new machines named 'mohonpeak32' and 'mohonpeak64'
for this platform.
Re-include 'conf/machine/include/intel-common-pkgarch.inc'
to re-use recipe-kernel from intel-common.
