imx28evk: Add U-Boot NAND image generation support
This defines NAND parameters for u-boot.mxsboot-nand image creation
similar to those used for UBI image (for K9LBG08U0D-PCB chip):
- page size: 4 k
- OOB size: 218 bytes
- erase size: 512 k
