Subject: [PATCH] cplay: Support wave file

The supported format is mono/stereo, S16_LE/S32_LE, 8kHz-192kHz.
Command is:
cplay  -c x -I PCM test.wav

Upstream-Status: Inappropriate [i.MX specific]
