Subject: imx-parser: Upgrade to v4.5.3

-Update EULA to v10
-Fix unexpected EOS reported by Aiurdemux while playing fragmented mp4 video
-Add Mpeg2ResetOuputBuffer when track is disabled
-Upgrade mp 3parser's getNextSamle, don't read 16KB
 because this mode can't calculate right timestamp
-Add Parser API to get ac4 presentation info
-Fix ID3 parser return wrong artwork size
