jailhouse: mx93: drop cortex-a55 tune
meta-freescale uses cortexa55 as a tune for mx93, while jailhouse
intentionally sets march=armv8-a+nofp to disable using FPU registers
by jailhouse. It leads to a building error [1]. Drop cortex-a55 from
TUNE_CCARGS (used for generating CC) for mx93.
