imx-gpu-viv: Drop empty package definitions
Several package definitions include the library pattern
${libdir}/libNAME${SOLIBS} for the libname-imx package and the pattern
${libdir}/libNAME${SOLIBSDEV} for the libname-imx-dev package. Since
SOLIBS and SOLIBSDEV are both set to the same value (.so), the latter
pattern has no effect. Drop it.
