imx-seco-libs: upgrade from lf-5.15.5_1.0.0 to lf-5.15.52-2.1.0
Update to the version used in lf5.15.52_2.1.0.
License was updated to NXP EULA v35 May 2022.
The branch naming is a bit erratic but the commit history is
linear, b255047 is a descendant of 06a9062.
