imx-vpu-hantro: prevent warning from oe qa

This passes among others -fdebug-prefix-map=... which prevents the
following OE warning:

|   File /usr/lib/.debug/libg1.so.1 in package imx-vpu-hantro-dbg contains reference to TMPDIR [buildpaths]
