The following books are built from THIS clone:
book-enea-linux-users-guide
book-enea-linux-release-info
book-enea-linux-open-source

Before building, clone also the following repositories on the
master-enea branch. They should be located on the same path
as the layer containing this folder.

docbuild.git           (documentation build files)
documentation.git      (contains xml files xi:included from THIS clone)

To build, choose one of the following commands:
make doc
cd book-xxx/doc; makethisdoc; makethisdoc -html
