This reverts commit 80db61b5332fa4d1049904b28dddde7d9e08c8af.
meta-intel and meta-enea-bsp-x86 have been force reset to the last
working commits, so no need to hardcode the hashes.

meta-intel is reverted to switch switch back to kernel 4.9.27
meta-enea-bsp-x86 is reverted to remove the lttng fix for the updated kernel:

order to build element-odm and openstack images. Also,
updated the distro layer to meta-el-nfv-access.
